  • Orders can be canceled within 24hrs of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns and cancellations.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or perishable products are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is damaged or defective, notify us within 24hrs of delivery with supporting evidence (photos). A replacement or refund will be provided.
